JobDescription : Job Description *Looking for an aggressive Account Manager with at least 5+ years of experience In Contingent IT Staffing with direct clients. * Determination, Persistency and Ability to add new clients nationwide. * Ideal candidate will have a proven record in penetrating into new clients and talking to executive level people. * This position requires individuals to be self-motivated, demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm in carrying out their responsibilities and possess a highly professional demeanor. * Ability to manage client requirements; ensuring strong support for clients; driving overall client satisfaction. * This is a sales position responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing business within the ITniche. * Client activities include client development, meeting sales objectives, obtaining requisitions/job orders, building relationships, penetrating client accounts. Desired Skills & Experience * Establish Direct Vendorship with Fortune clients for their Software Development or IT staffing needs. * Actively contribute in building Mutex Systems, Inc revenue stream. * Ability to select new leads and prospects and generate call lists and meet the client to get the Client Vendorship.. * Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business. * Develop prospect lists and execute pre-determined targeted sales to generate new business including cold calls. * Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects. Qualifications (MUST HAVE): * Past experience selling IT Staffing and converting leads to clients in the IT Staffing contingent hourly and permanent fee based areas. * Existing relationships with direct clients and managers. * Experience with best methods to reach decision makers and ability to market to them leading to either company being added to the vendor list or requisitions being generated, through either cold calling, email marketing campaigns or other proven past experience. * Experience working with small, medium and large leads and clients. * Results oriented.
